WHAT HAPPENS DURING TEAM COACHING
We observe, collaborate and plan with you and your team to bring out their greatest strengths as Early Childhood Educators.Our coaches each bring over a decade of experience in Early Childhood Education both in and out of the classroom. Some examples of what we can work on during Team Coaching include:
- Team building
- Learning to have difficult conversations effectively
- Creating stronger accountability and commitment
- Identifying or recommiting to the team and the company’s mission, vision and values
- Identifying team roles and challenges
- Improving communication between supervisors, educators and families.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We come to you!
1. A one day observation of educators, supervisors, classroom and playground environments.
2. Two 3 hour professional development workshops and two team building workshops, focusing on the needs of the team.
3. Two full days with a coach, mentoring within the classroom programs and administration offices to guide the goals set out through the team building workshops.
