JEANETTE MACKAY

Jeanette L. MacKay, OCT, M.Ed., is an intuitive visual artist, enthusiastic board gamer, and go-with-the-flow traveller with over 25 years of experience in education. She has worked with learners of all ages and levels, from early childhood to adults, in both Ontario and Nova Scotia. Throughout her career, Jeanette has been dedicated to creating inclusive and supportive environments, particularly for those who struggle with traditional learning methods. Her expertise spans special education, online and in-person instruction, and educational consulting. Passionate about mentoring, she assists fellow educators in using and incorporating art into their reflexive practice, encouraging deep self-exploration and building a foundation of authenticity that supports growth in both their personal and professional lives.

PAULA WILIMEK

With 18 years of experience as a financial advisor, Paula Wilimek has dedicated her career to helping people navigate their financial journeys with clarity and confidence. After spending much of her time working for a large financial corporation and feeling like a square peg in a round hole, Paula realized the need for a different approach—one that addresses both the practical and emotional aspects of money. This led to the founding of Wilimek Financial, where she empowers clients to break free from the baggage that often comes with financial planning.

Paula specializes in making money management approachable and, dare we say it—not scary! Outside of her work, Paula is a proud mom of two, and when she’s not helping others achieve financial peace of mind, she’s spending quality time with her family.

Marcia Nicole is a seasoned Early Childhood Educator and the founder of Ispyr to educate. With over 20 years of experience in education, she holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. Marcia specializes in professional development, coaching, and mentoring, and is dedicated to empowering educators in the childcare sector.

JAMIE WAGLER

Jamie Wagler is an experienced RECE with over 13 years of dedicated service in the field. She currently serves as a supervisor of a nursery school in Stratford, Ontario. She is the founder of her own ECE consulting business, specializing in the integration of American Sign Language in the classroom, continuous professional development for educators, and the design and implementation of before and after-school programs. In addition to her supervisory and consulting roles, Jamie is a part-time professor at both Sheridan College and Conestoga College, where she imparts her expertise to the next generation of early childhood educators. She is also the host of "The Forgotten ECE" podcast, a platform dedicated to highlighting the challenges and triumphs of professionals in the field of early childhood education. Jamie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Junior Education. She is a certified Wonder-Led teacher and has completed a Leadership in Early Childhood Education diploma.
