Working in Early Childhood Education is tough, but a good team can make all the difference and often, a good team, means a good, strong leader who supports their team. Joanne Chesterfield talks to us about team building and some of the amazing things she has done with her team to keep motivations high and leadership strong.

Joanne Chesterfield, RECE

Joanne has been in the field of early childhood education for 10 years and counting. She went to Fanshawe College for Early Childhood Education and Autism and Behavioural Science. Her mission as a RECE is to provide the highest level of quality care while supporting children, coworkers and families. Joanne enjoys planning experiences that will support child development but also allow children to explore and have fun. She is currently the program leader at Kids Ko in Komoka She is always excited for new challenges and ready to learn.
