Kristine Parsons

Kristine Parsons, RECE, holds both a diploma in early childhood education and a human resource certificate. She started her career as an ECE, 34 years ago, at RisingOaks Early Learning (formerly Owl Child Care Services of Ontario) and is now the director of operations, supervising 9 centre supervisors and leading strategic projects. Kristine has served as a Canadian delegate and presenter at the World Forum on Early Care and Education. She is an active member in the child care community as she participates in several Waterloo Region child care initiatives, and is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association and the Exchange Leadership Initiative.
