Jeron Bailey is a strategic program manager and consultant focusing on retention and inclusive practices in childcare programming, She has spent the last 10 years supporting the Military’s Children’s program in many roles, but most prominently as a training specialist. She enjoys creating a culture of quality through effective collaborations.  Her passions for quality outcomes for all children has led her to take a more executive role on programming, but don’t worry, she will still be the first one on the carpet for the music and movement dance party.
