Taylor Aiyadurai has been in the field of early childhood education for 10 years, working as an Early Childhood Assistant, Registered Early Childhood Educator, EarlyON Coordinator, Childcare Supervisor, and Childcare Director with children aged 0-12. She has revamped curriculums and policies at multiple centers to prioritize learning and play-based education equally, and she has provided professional development focused on child and family-centered care. Taylor is most proud of her impact on each child, fostering independence, meaningful connections, and inclusive environments.
